1) We are currently looking for 1st year MBA or MS students to take over the Simon Mentorship Program. If you are interested, please complete the Mentorship Application (which can be found in the documents section below). Email you completed application to the Simon Mentors email id in Outlook.

2) We will be running the second round of Mentor-Mentee match up in the next couple of days. A listing of availabel mentors will be sent out soon. Please review the lising. Note that mentors are assigned on a first come first serve basis. We will collect student responses via a survey. Details to be provided with the mentor listing.

 The Personal Board of Directors Concept

The “Personal Board of Directors” concept is a paradigm of thought (similar to the F.A.C.T Framework) meant to provide students with the resources to navigate all that life throws at you.  The Simon Mentorship Program is one piece of the pie that will help students achieve their long term career goals.  When combined with the current resources (Career Advisor, Team coaches, Immersion Officers, and Student Ambassadors) students and alumni will have a community to provide guidance throughout your professional career. 

  What is the Simon Mentorship Program?

The Simon Mentorship Program has been designed to help students connect with Alumni and Business Community mentors who will eventually form part of your personal board of directors.  They all  represent an investment of time and energy in the success of our students. The “Personal Board of Directors” is a framework meant to conceptualize this stake that different members of the Simon community have in students, and how they act as a “portfolio of human capital” available to direct them in professional pursuits.
